Warehouse description:
Total area is 22.5 thousand m². Of those 3.5 thousand m² is heated area. The warehouse along with various warehouse services housings is located on an enclosed territory under 24-hour security surveillance.
Fire-extinguishing and electric equipment conform to the strictest norms for storing flammable materials, including cotton. Fire resistance conforms to level 2.
Covered automotive and railway ramps located on two sides of the building are used for cargo handling.
The size and facilities of the two ramps allow simultaneous loading (unloading) of 11 rail cars and 8 automobiles.
Deep-sea terminals capable of serving vessels with draft up to 11.8 m are located 200 meters from the warehouse. The terminals are suitable for handling 40ft containers. A container platform with thermal equipment connectivity is located on the warehouse premises. The technical facilities of the warehouse (loaders with loading capacity of 1.5-7.0 tonnes, 8 freight elevators with loading capacity of 5.0-8.0 tonnes) allow servicing a wide range of general cargo.
